How many applications can i get out of a single pen?
The Semaject 4 mg semaglutide pen is designed to provide 16 applications at 0.25mg, 8 applications at 0.50mg, and 5 to 6 applications at 0.75 mg.
Users have the flexibility to alternate between different levels using the adjustable dial.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we are focused on serving the Canadian market and do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
How soon after payment will I receive my tracking number?
You can expect to receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 business days following the processing of your payment.
Will my semaglutide arrive in a cold pack?
We do ship our Semaglutide with ice packs to maintain optimal temperature control. Recent analyses have shown that our Semaglutide can withstand temperatures up to 40°C (104°F) for up to 4 days, and 30°C (86°F) for up to 15 days without affecting its efficacy. Therefore, if the product is not cold to the touch upon arrival, there is no cause for concern—simply refrigerate it upon receipt.
Will my semaglutide lose potency during the shipping process?
Our products are shipped to you in the same manner as the samples sent to our testing facility partners (except those have a much longer travel time – up to two weeks!). As you can see on our lab results page, there is no loss of potency.
Can you give me dosing advice?
Unfortunately, at GLP North, we are unable to provide dosage guidelines or usage advice. We appreciate your understanding.
What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars)

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at canadapost.ca.
Do you offer discreet delivery?
Yes, we understand the importance of discretion for our customers. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to GLP North or its products.

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped domestically via Canada Post Xpresspost. For most major city centres, delivery typically occurs within 1 to 2 days.
