How many applications can I get out of a single pen?
Up to 16 applications of .25mg. Need a different application? Simply use the dial to your corresponding amount.
Users have the flexibility to alternate between different levels using the adjustable dial to fit their specific research needs.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We only ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail.
How soon after payment will I receive my tracking number?
You can expect to receive your tracking number within 24 hours. No need to email- you’ll receive this automatically via email from our 3rd party logistics provider.
Will my SKNYShot arrive in a cold pack?
Recent analysis has shown that semaglutide and other GLP1’s can withstand temperatures up to 40°C (104°F) for up to 7 days, and 30°C (86°F) for up to 21 days without affecting its efficacy. Therefore, there are no worries due to our quick priority shipping! Certainly place the SKNYShot pen in your lab refrigerator upon receipt.
Will my SKNYShot lose potency during the shipping process?
Our products are shipped to you in the same manner as the samples sent to our testing facility partners (except those have a much longer travel time – up to two weeks!). As you can see on our lab results page, there is no loss of potency.
I need help with how to use my pen- can you help?
We are unable by law to provide ANY information on the appropriate usage advice as we are a chemical supplier and not trained in the usage of this product. We appreciate your understanding and refraining from asking!
What currency are your prices in?
Are there alternative payment methods available?
All available payment methods can be found on the checkout page. We accept credit/debit cards via Venmo & CashApp, as well as all major cryptocurrencies.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number from our 3rd party logistics provider.
Do you offer discreet delivery?
Yes, we understand the importance of discretion for our customers. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to SKNYShot clinic or contents.
